PHIL Award Winner

Jessica Cusac, RRT, was honored with The PHIL Award by the University of
Michigan Hospital for her exceptional patient care. Jessica graduated with
her Associate Degree in Science as a Respiratory Therapist in May 1998
from Monroe Community College. In 2010, she completed her Bachelor of
Science at Siena Heights University.

Along with these accomplishments, Jessica has been active in the Michigan
Society for Respiratory Care (MSRC). She is currently an MSRC Board
Member and leads of the Leadership Development and COPD teams.
Jessica is a staff member at both the University of Michigan University and
Flower Hospitals were she works in primary patient care and is also
involvement in research. In additional to receiving The PHIL Award, Jessica
was the recipient of the U of M, 2007 Respiratory Care Practitioner of the
Year Award.
