Excerpts of notes from telephone call with Dr. Dennis Brooks, a patient of
Dr. M. Petrozzi.
“I wanted to talk with somebody to let them know how fortunate they were to
have Bruce Walker as an employee. He is very kind and patient dealing with
patients. He is very professional, compassionate, and spent time explaining
all procedures. His attention helped me perform to the best of my ability. It is
people like him that make the hospital known for the care provided. I thought
that you should know about Bruce and consider this when doing his
evaluation.
Dr. Brooks had called the physician’s office to obtain the phone number for
Bruce’s supervisor, Steven Slaughter.
