Continuing to provide exemplary care at 36 years of service as a
Respiratory Therapist at Harper University Hospital; 16 of those
years as a supervisor, 18 years as a Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Therapist, and 2 years as Outpatient Senior Therapist.

“Going the extra mile”, Perry utilizes all of his experience and
technical skills in order for his patients to receive the best possible
care.  Always willing to accommodate the needs of the patients
whether setting up arrangements for additional services to
negotiating homecare contracts for a patient awaiting discharge. His
personalized approach to care lets each patient they know they are
much more than just a number.

Navigating the vast expanse of a healthcare system can be  
frustrating but Perry makes sure each patient feels as though they
are his first priority. His compassion assures each patient they are
receiving the best possible care.  He is an inspiration to his fellow
coworkers with his professionalism and leadership and that is why
he is this years Phil Award winner at Harper University Hospital.
